Rob Bast is a self taught sculptor from the Yarra Valley in Victoria Australia. He works with various materials such as wood, steel, ice and stone. Having always enjoyed drawing and sculpture, Rob started chainsaw carving in 2003 and then started sculpting full time in 2009 building a thriving business concentrating on chainsaw carving and metal sculpture.
Come and see Rob at work over the show weekend, where the items he will have created will be auctioned off on Sunday afternoon at the show. Who knows you could go home with more than a showbag!

Here at Dinkum Dinosaurs Children’s Shows we make sure the fun is non stop. We make the children laugh at literally every minute of our show.
Come and watch Dinolarious Larious, a ventriloquist show with the funniest and cutest dinosaur puppets in Australia, Tickles and Ozzie.
They will bring giggles of delight from every kid, even the ones over the age of 21! Dance with our 4m long dinosaur dancing Dino Dillo. He loves 3 things; dancing, pats and photos with his fans. The baby dinosaur show is open all day with moving and roaring dinosaurs.

Nigel Martin is Mr Spin, a comic vaudevillian performer who has been entertaining large and enthusiastic audiences worldwide and in his hometown of Adelaide for the last 20 years. With his ferocious energy & endearing, charismatic wit, Nigel is a true comic genius and one of Australia’s finest jugglers.
With a background in classical dance and inspired by Vaudeville greats Enrico Rastelli & Francis Brunn, Nigel has focused on developing high level skills,
impeccable timing, fluid movement and his own quirky style of comedy. Nigel was spotted by Australian film director Rolf de Heer while performing in Adelaide and cast to play the lead role in ‘Dr Plonk’. This ingenious film received 5-star reviews around the globe. He also composes the music for most of his performances.
Community Bank Wentworth & District proudly presents the Food & Wine Marquee for 2023. The marquee is located at the centre of the oval at within the Showgrounds.

This year’s 135th Wentworth Show is still a “True Country Show”.
The new Wentworth Showgrounds Community Pavilion will come alive for the first time with entries in Flowers, Cookery, Needlework, Art & Photography, Produce & Preserves, Fruit & Vegetables, Trade Sites and much more.
There will be the usual Horse competitions, Dog Trials and Jumps, Sheep, Cattle, Shearing, Poultry and the children will be kept entertained at the popular Animal Nursery. Major attractions this year will Troppo Magic, EnviroEDU and Scoot the Stunt Juggler. As always, the Food and Wine Marquee will satisfy your hunger, with many types of Food and Wine to taste and purchase.
